The aim of this site is to provide you with some information about the services which I offer and the way in which I work.

In essence, my role is to help you to resolve problems and issues in your life. The information provided in this website is to assist you in understanding how I work and the therapy methods I use.

Whilst the description of those services and the techniques employed necessarily includes some 'technical' terminology, it is my wish in presenting this information to you to demystify the process and make it as stress-free as possible.
